1. What types of partnerships does your service cover?
We cover a wide range of partnerships but specialize in co-marketing, co-selling, influencer partnerships, event sponsorships and technology or platform integration partnerships.
2. Why wouldn't I just hire someone full-time to do this work?
Great question! Well, the starting salary of a director of partnerships is around $109,000 USD (before commissions) so you're looking at $125,000+ all-in. Besides the costs of hiring an employee you may not always have enough work for them to stay busy at all times throughout the year (maybe you have a busy or slow season). With the monthly plans, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need.
3. What does one active request mean?
It means one partnership marketing campaign. For example, you are looking to partner with influencers for a new product launch. We will run and manage the entire process for you but this counts as one request.
4. What are examples of requests that we could get you to do for us?
Great question! Want us to manage or help re-create an existing partnership program for you? That counts as one request. How about helping find businesses in your industry, that are not competitors of yours, but share the same ICP as you that you could co-market or co-sell with? That counts as one request. Do you run an annual event or events and want us to help you find partners for your event? This is something else we have lots of experience in.
5. How long can I expect to receive results from the partnerships you secure and manage for us?
On average it can take anywhere from a few weeks to a month or more to land a new partner and get them to agree on a campaign together, and then to see results and an ROI from that campaign.
6. Who will be my partnership manager?
Well, you might be a bit surprised to hear this but Partnerss is an agency of one. You will be working directly with me, the founder of Partnerss.
7. How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough work for us at all times to fill up an entire year. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. You pre-pay for our month of service but say after the 3rd month of working on our subscription it’s a down-season for your business and you won’t have enough work for us to focus on, or you would rather use those funds for later in the year during a busier season. Go ahead into your portal and press “pause” or send a support request to me at clinton@partnerss.co and I will go in and pause your account.
8. Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality of relationships and time that goes into these partnership campaigns we do not offer refunds. But this is why we allow you to pause or cancel your subscription at anytime.
9. What if I don't know what my first request should be? I know I want to use partnerships to grow my business, but I'd rather have an expert tell us what to do.
